dll file was the problem and the error telling me that my GPU couldn’t be detected (which was fixed after downgrading drivers). I’ve had Photoshop give me a total of 2 crash reports and 1 error message, with the crash reports only telling me that one. dll files that one crash report said was the cause, and nothing I do works. I reinstalled Photoshop which fixed it for all of about 3 hours, I updated and even reinstalled my graphics drivers, downgraded my drivers, disabled hardware acceleration and even replaced the. I’ve done everything I can to try and fix it myself. I tried posting on the community help board but I’ve had no responses after about 4 days. Since I don’t want to lose these features, I tried to get back in contact with support and waited in a chat room for over 2 hours with no response from them. While the crashing does stop as far as I can tell, disabling my GPU also removes a number of features with one of the most important one for me being canvas rotation. Support from Adobe has been extremely poor with trying to help me with this issue, with them telling me the first time to just disable my GPU and pray that the crashing goes away. Photoshop has inexplicably started crashing my computer randomly and causing me to lose hours of work, with the base PSD corrupting half the time because of the crash.
